Steve Barber is a photographer based in Kendal, Cumbria, a stones throw from the beautiful English Lake District. He mainly works throughout the North including Cumbria, Lancashire, Yorkshire, Northumberland, Cheshire and Scotland.
Steve has over 20 years experience as a full-time photographer and his work has been published in regional, national and international newspapers, magazines, books and websites. This site features Steve’s favourite black & white work, many of which pre-date digital photography. Steve has a vast archive of black & white images and will be adding to the site on a regular basis.
